• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: events and activity (pages visited, actions taken, browser type) to understand and improve the product.
• Cookies: small files used for session management, preferences, and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect for a few straightforward reasons:

• To provide and operate our services.
• To send product updates, transactional emails, and marketing (you can opt out anytime).
• To analyze usage and improve txtdrop’s performance and features.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to run parts of our service. They may process user information under their own policies:

• Stripe — payment processing.

• SendGrid — transactional and marketing email delivery.

You’re in control:

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails.

6. SMS / Text Messaging and Mobile Information

When you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive texts from a brand through txtdrop, we collect your phone number, the fact and time of your consent, and the messages sent to and from you. We use this information solely to operate the SMS program you opted into — sending product "drop" announcements, order and shipping confirmations, and customer-care replies for the brand(s) whose list you joined — and to honor your opt-out requests.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your information only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages (for example, our telecommunications provider), and only as needed to operate the program.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices and encrypted connections to protect your information. No system can be completely secure — if a breach occurs we will notify affected users as required by law.

8. Children’s Privacy

txtdrop is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
